2023 New Year’s Resolutions

Have you made your 2023 resolutions yet? We’ve got you covered with some ideas for you to make 2023 your best year yet in your salon!

  • Build Your Clientele
    • Try some of these tips to build your clientele and keep your schedule full:
      • Offer referral discounts: Offer your current clients a discount for referring friends and family!
      • Use social media: Ask your clients to post their new style on Instagram and tag your salon! 
  • Utilize Your Downtime
    • Utilize your downtime during appointments and in between appointments to up your game! Take this time to:
      • Take inventory of your retail products so that you can always be on point with your sales.
      • Learn new skills and familiarize yourself with salon products! You can easily do this by going to MY SALON Suite’s Education Library by My Suite Store and checking out our growing library of education episodes. These episodes cover everything from product introductions by experts in the field, foilyage techniques, social media tips and tricks, retail tips and tricks, and so much more!
      • Clean your suite and make sure your decor and displays are tidy and appealing. Make sure your clients are comfortable and impressed by their visit with you!
      • Take advantage of your downtime and make your presence known on social media. Take this time to film reels/tiktoks, make before and after posts, and interact with current clients and prospective clients.
      • Reach out to clients you may not have heard from in a while. Shoot a text or DM to clients you haven’t seen lately to check in and invite them back for a service.
  • Learn New Techniques
    • Learning new techniques can really take you to the next level! You can add services to your menu and increase your income and expertise.

  • Enter Contests and Competitions

      • Indie Pro Awards
      • MY SALON Suite

  • Increase Your Product Sales
    • Make additional income in your suite by upping your retail game.
      • Make sure your shelves are fully stocked and your knowledge of your products is 100%
      • Run giveaways for products on your page to increase awareness of your products/remind customers that they may need to order more from you!
      • Offer sales on your products for holidays! Plan out the whole year so you are ready!
