The client experience is engineered to be streamlined and user friendly. Clients are able to conveniently schedule appointments whenever and from wherever through their computer or smart phone. Our salon space is conveniently accessible with free parking available nearby at 261 Cooper Street, #16.

Bloom Beauty co-founder, Brian Bailey, is a 25-year industry professional who earned his credentials apprenticing at George Brown College and industry leaders Vidal Sassoon and Civello. He has serviced thousands of beauty customers, primarily in the cities of Toronto and Ottawa, and participated in progressive design programs in major beauty centres including Miami, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
Bloom Beauty’s focus and strengths are strong service ethic, progressive artistic design, and a commitment to ongoing education in the hair care industry.
