Owner and Stylist Janice Cardenas has 44 years of experience. Beginning with formal training in Pittsburgh and London, Janice has built a loyal following of clients who appreciate her dedication to both their style and personal needs. Janice is proud to call many clients friends!

Even with extensive experience to draw from, Janice enjoys keeping up with the latest trends and learning new techniques. She travels to industry events each year and especially loves to master new color techniques and products. Her specialty is natural highlights with dimension, and she also enjoys doing blonde color and texturized haircuts.

When creating Studio J Atlanta, the goal was to create an elevated but welcoming space to share with deserving clients. Janice believes in an open line of communication so that each client can be sure their needs will be met. That conversation can often divert from style to everyday life. Janice enjoys connecting with each of her clients on a personal level and sharing in their triumphs.
