Korene here is amazing! I just moved back to norcal so I needed to find a different hair stylist in the area that I can go to regularly.

I’ve been getting my hair dyed blonde for years and I’ve gone to so many different hair stylists at this point. One thing I always look out for is how they blend everything, especially the roots of my hair. I’m usually concerned about how my hair will grow out a few weeks or so later so I try to find someone who doesn’t make it very blotchy. A fan or Korene’s work and will come back to her again for my next touch up!

had my hair done by Korene last year and she was amazing. She always checked in if I was doing okay and gave me something to drink since the coloring process can be tedious and time consuming. I even came to go back to my natural hair color. I’ll definitely be scheduling another appointment with her soon when my hair recovers

I had called the salon to make an appointment there. When I found out the woman I went to is no longer there I started to panic a little bit because it had been 2 years almost 3 since I had done anything to my hair. So I had called back and they had an opening on the weekend. Luckily just in time. I didn’t know who it was with but I was excited. I get there a few minutes early and have a seat. The stylist says she’ll be right with me.

When I go sit down to her chair I show her a picture of what I want. I wanted a shag haircut and she did worn me that the layers are pretty short at the top. I asked if I could have them a little bit longer then that. And I had explained that I wanted TONS of layers. She asked me if I wanted curtain bangs and I agreed. So thrilled that I did. She gets to cutting my hair. She’s very nice and pretty easy to talk to. Had a couple of laughs and she stopped to ask me about my cut I asked if I could get a little more layers on the other side but if not then I’m good with it.

She says she can see what she can do. Starts cutting again. Puts some frizz cream in my hair because my hair is without a doubt frizz central unfortunately. Blow dries it out and it looks AMAZING! So much body and movement! So I thanked her and payed her. I showed my fiance and it was a definite score. I knew though the true test is when I get home and wash my hair the next day because I 99% of the time wear my hair wavy.

After I washed it, put product in my hair, and it dried, OMG IS ALL I CAN SAY!!!! I look like a shag goddess!! I love big hair! I know a lot of other people dont like it because its “not in” but i cant stop looking at myself in the mirror! That was something she said to is about all of the frizz but i told her im not worried. And day after hair is just as amazing if not better!! I am going back to korene because she listens and definitely understands the goal! I’ll definitely update with a photo later!

I saw Korene and was nervous because I was going to fix up my hair. I am new to getting my hair colored and recently got it done too light. I loved that Korene took the time to talk me through what she thought would be best for us to do in order to achieve what I was asking for. She gave me different options and made me feel comfortable to be honest with her about my thoughts. Korene ended up doing an amazing job on my hair! I am so so so happy with the end product! I will definitely be a repeat customer of hers! And best off all she has an amazing personality!

booked a two-color balayage with Korene. She was AMAZING. I had terrible experiences dying my hair the last few times with different stylist and I was always left with brittle, coarse hair that broke. I also had red box dye in the ends of my hair. I really wanted to get a caramel balayage without having brassy tones and she really made it happen! I was so scared because of the artificial pigment that my hair wouldn’t lift well. But it did and thanks to Korene. My hair was left the way I exactly wanted it and very soft. She’s so nice and easy to talk to. She makes you feel like you’ve known her for so long. She has great customer service. Prices are super reasonable. I travelled all the way from Pleasanton to her and it was definitely worth the travel. Will be going to her every time I get my hair done now! 🙂

After I left Pomp salon crying , I was very scared to let anyone else touch my hair. I ended up deciding to come here cause I came here around a year ago & was very pleased with the results. Not sure who helped me last year but this time Korene dyed & cut my hair and she did exactly what i wanted! I was so happy and relieved with the results. She even fixed the horrible hair cut that Pomp salon gave me (which i didnt think was possible). Korene is amazing! Cant wait to go back
