We are happy to provide a complimentary redo with your original stylist to address any issues with the initial service. This redo is limited to corrections of the original service and does not cover changes to the style or color. We do not offer refunds on services. Any requested changes outside the scope of the original service may be subject to additional charges and a new appointment.
