Hi, I’m Marcia, a licensed esthetician and the heart behind Paloma Beauty Glow. Before beginning my career in esthetics, I spent nearly 20 years working in healthcare, including hospital and hospice care. Those years taught me the importance of compassion, listening, attention to detail, and making every person feel genuinely cared for.

My passion for skincare became more personal after experiencing changes in my own skin following an accident. What began as a desire to better understand and care for my skin grew into a deeper interest in skin health, ingredients, professional treatments, and the importance of a consistent, well-designed skincare regimen. That journey ultimately inspired me to pursue professional education in esthetics.

Education continues to be an important part of my work. I believe healthy, beautiful skin begins with understanding the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to listen to your concerns, evaluate your skin, explain my recommendations, and create treatments and home-care guidance that support your unique needs and goals.

At Paloma Beauty Glow, my goal is to offer more than a facial. I want every visit to feel warm, relaxing, professional, and personal. You should feel comfortable asking questions, confident in the care you receive, and supported throughout your skincare journey.
