~What to expect~

I’ll go over your personalized form with you and discuss the areas of your body you’d like to address.
You can ask for either a full-body massage (for general relaxation) or a therapeutic massage (focusing on specific parts of your body). Keep in mind that your comfort matters. Feel free to talk with me as much, or as little, as you wish.

•Alleviate•

In my session with you we will figure the best course of action for optimal body performance and overall well being. Whether cupping therapy would be conducive, rapid tension release using a theragun (massage device to break up fascia tissue) , and or additional stretching. These modalities are all inclusive in your therapeutic session, including complimentary aromatherapy and warm towels.

•Elevate•

It’s imperative to relax your mind and muscles during your massage. Breathe regularly and try not to tighten or contract your muscles . Complimentary water after your massage session will be offered. You will have a follow up message within two days of your session to see how your recovery journey is going . So we can fine tune for your next session to your exact needs.
