Katie was all things professional and preferable. Her space was magnetic, stylish, clean. Her demeanor was chill and she was knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured to have a conversation like I sometimes do during cosmetic treatments, but I also didn’t feel she was stonewalling me. I’m a harsh critic 😉. Lastly, her prices are affordable and she communicates effectively. Will recommend to friends / family. Found my new brow spot!
