Hello, I am Marissa a licensed permanent makeup artist. I am very excited to open my clean and DPOS regulated permanent makeup clinic. I have advanced microblade training in the Phi Academy. I am a certified Phi Artist. I am excited to give my community affordable permanent makeup options like customized; lash line enhancement, powder/ombré brows and lip blushing. I am also very knowledgeable in skin theory. Not everyone is a good candidate for permanent makeup but I am here to answer any questions and do no charge for consultations.
