Moe (& Shawn) Holmes

Moe is a licensed cosmetologist of 12 years and has recently obtained her instructors license. She has worked in hourly/commission salons, booth rental and is currently a suite owner. She has also done stage work and education as an advisor for large hair companies in the past. Moe is a Founding Advocate of COWU since it’s inception in 2019.

Her passion for her craft shows in the care she provides, mapping out a customized plan with her guest to achieve their individual hair needs and dreams, with the utmost respect and personalized communication given.

Volunteer work includes being active as Cosmetologists of Washington United’s (COWU) board treasurer, in local elementary and middle schools and coaches youth sports as well as outreach through the Skoolie Foundation offering resources, haircuts and building community with our local unhoused populations.

She is well trained in blonding, balayage and corrective color. Moe loves to learn and use new techniques along with tried and true methods, to achieve hair goals for her awesome clients.
