Appointment Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. If the cancellation fee cannot be processed, booking privileges will be suspended. New client appointments will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit to the card on file. This deposit may be transferred once if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Please contact us to reschedule. Failure to keep the new appointment, as well as late cancellations, will result in loss of deposit and booking privileges. There is 10-minute grace period after which a $15 late fee applies. Appointments are canceled after 15 minutes, after which a 50% cancellation fee or loss of deposit will apply. New clients will in addition lose future booking privileges. No shows and repeated cancellations may also result in revoked booking access. Must arrive fully detangled and shampoo-ready to avoid a $30 detangling fee or appointment cancellation and charged a 50% cancellation fee or loss of deposit (based on availability). No same day changes without prior approval. No extra guest allowed.
