I’ve been at the My Salon Suite in Santee for a year and a half and my clients and I don’t have a single complaint. I was reluctant at first to open my own suite and I wasn’t really sure what to expect, so I set up a meeting to check them out and see what they were all about and I instantly fell in love, the building is new, very clean and modern and has this charming welcoming appeal. I decided this was just what I needed to take my business to the next level. This business venture could have been very stressful considering I decided to take this on when my baby was just 3 weeks old, but the owner, Jim, makes the whole process so easy and smooth, he is always extremely professional and accommodating. I’ve been a stylist for 16 years and I have been at several different salons with all different types of atmospheres and this is by far the best of the best.

Having a suite at My Salon Suite in Santee is one of the best business decisions I’ve made. The building is impeccably run and maintained which allows for more time to focus on my clients and what matters most to my business. I love to see the look on clients’ faces when they enter the building and walk by all the beautiful suites and then enter my suite. It really is a fun and relaxing atmosphere and there is a sense of pride in being a part of such a unique workplace where we are all a team yet have different things to offer.

I would definitely recommend My Salon Suite!!!

I rent a suite in My Salon Suite in Santee. If anyone is looking for a clean, sanitized, luxurious place to rent, I would definitely recommend My Salon Suite!!! Jim is an amazing, understanding, and down to Earth landlord. If there are any issues (rarely any) he jumps on it and its fixed before you know it. The suites are great size, clean, and the security system we have is amazing!!! I work late hours and feel very safe in here. Nobody will be able to get into the building unless you’ll let them in. You’ll be able to see the person outside on the camera from your suite. The location is so convenient. My clients shop before or after the services. We have plenty of parking! Parking was huge factor for me. The color bar is my favorite part in the suite!!!

Absolutely NO DRAMA! Heaven!

I couldn’t be happier having my own suite. It has given me more freedom than I have ever had in 38 years of doing hair. I love the other suite owners; they are so professional. Absolutely NO DRAMA! Heaven! I can do whatever I want in my own suite – listen to the music my clients want to listen to and my clients can speak freely on whatever subject they want to talk about. They can watch movies and have a drink. So many things you can’t do in a bigger salon. You can cater to what your clients want: back rub, foot massage, head massage, whatever pampers them. This is their time to get away. It’s the best decision I have ever made. The owner Jim is fabulous, the best owner ever. He is always there when I need anything.

I’ve truly been blessed to start my journey here at MSS

This week I marked a year with MSS. This place has allowed me to feel professional as a stylist in owning my own space to service my clientele. It’s offered a beautiful balance between privacy of service and exclusivity of business, while still being surrounded by creatives in my industry – who knew such a cohesive marriage could exist!

The most attractive amenity in the MSS building for me was the security measures. My clients and I were equally thrilled at the idea of the buzz-in option. When I learned about this I was sold! Nothing, to me, is as unpleasant as an intruder interrupting me while I’m working on a client, or worse yet “throwing off“ the client’s ambiance/experience. This “buzz-in“ feature aides in mitigating such matters and it truly gives an assurance of safety.

Lastly, the Franchise owner himself has been so cooperative – especially during the whole Pandemic ordeal. He is ever reliable via all means of communication and he goes above and beyond in keeping the place clean, safe, equipment well maintained, etc. He’s also been like an emotional support system and encourager. I’ve truly been blessed to start my journey here at MSS!
