Suburban Square is an outdoor lifestyle center located in the heart of the Main Line. The center opened in 1928, and is noted as one of the earliest shopping centers in the United States.  Shoppers can enjoy upscale outdoor shopping, play with their kids in the newly renovated green space, relax while waiting for a table at one of the many restaurants, or enjoy pampering from our new beauty complex – MY SALON Suite. There is plenty of free parking available in the newly constructed parking garage and existing lots, in addition to ample on-street parking.

Getting to Suburban Square couldn't be easier.  Located in the heart of downtown Ardmore on Lancaster Avenue (Route 30), just a few miles west of City Avenue. From Route 476 (the Blue Route), take the St. David's exit (Exit 13) and follow Route 30 east for approximately four miles.

The Ardmore stop on SEPTA's Paoli/Thorndale line, a twenty-minute ride from City Hall, is right across the street from Suburban Square.
